Rezilyent Ladies Awareness Class

Class Description:The Rezilyent Ladies Awareness Class is designed to empower women with the knowledge and skills to stay aware of their surroundings and react effectively in potentially dangerous situations. This class will cover the fundamentals of situational awareness, including Cooper’s Code of Awareness, and provide valuable insights into how the body responds when it’s in shock.

You’ll learn how to identify potential threats before they escalate, sharpen your instincts, and understand the psychological and physical effects of stress. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to stay alert and take action if needed.
