About the Event
In this 2-hour, hands-on class, you'll learn how to take control when seconds matter. Designed specifically for women, this training covers basic trauma response, bleeding control, and life-saving interventions until professional help arrives. You'll leave empowered to act—not freeze—in the face of emergency.

How to assess a patient in crisis
Bleeding control: bandages, wound types, and wound packing
Tourniquet application, including makeshift options
When and how to apply a chest seal
