Service Description
We're proud to offer our mobile services to enhance our client's experiences. This appointment is specifically for the custom molding process, and the finalized products will be shipped/billed to the organization. Travel Fees: Local Area (within 25 miles): $25 travel fee Nearby Area (26-50 miles): $50 travel fee Regional Area (51-100 miles): $75 travel fee Extended Regional Area (101-200 miles): $150 travel fee Out-of-State (201+ miles): Custom quote based on distance and travel expenses For Groups Exceeding 40 Participants: *Travel Fees + Lodging: In addition to the travel fee, lodging expenses will be covered for the Rezilyent team if the event location is outside the Regional Area. *Additional Days: Each additional group of 40 participants will require scheduling on separate days to accommodate the custom molding process. *Please ensure that all participants are available for the molding process during the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Policy
At Rezilyent, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as deemed necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients in advance of any changes. Cancellation by Rezilyent: Rezilyent may cancel appointments due to factors such as emergencies, staff availability, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a convenient time for the client. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying Rezilyent promptly if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot. Liability Disclaimer: Rezilyent and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
