Our mission is simple. To teach people how to be resilient. Whether it's through firearm training or coaching, our goal is to help our clients become the very best version of themselves.

 

Even though we have taken off the uniform, we still have an unquenchable desire to serve. It's our duty to "Charlie Mike", which is military jargon for "Continue Mission". Our story is riddled with tales of sorrow, grief, trauma and more. But the exclamation of our story is one of faith and victory with a "never say die" spirit. 

 

While our main day-to-day operations consist of providing our clients with the most effective, advanced and customized hearing protection available, our passion is to equip people to protect themselves and their families. Our hearing protections pays our bills, but creating a community is our heart. Your foundation of faith is the most important and must be strong and fed daily. We help our clients by offering free consultations, speaking opportunities, team building, and motivational techniques and strategies that help them strengthen their faith in God. Our mission is to equip the saints and strengthen the brethren. We teach our clients how to protect themselves and the ones they love. Our classes are designed to be safe and effective focusing on everything from basic non-shooting classes to full defensive moving and shooting for the CCW holder. Our clients are our people, they become our family and they are treated as such.

We've faced challenges in life that have been eye-opening experiences that have framed how we not only train, but live our lives. Through this, we have developed a proven system founded on faith to develop real-world firearm training. Our passion is to equip citizens with the skills needed to protect themselves and the ones they love.

Brad Compton "spook"

Owner/CEO/Instructor

Brad is a natural-born leader with a background in aviation and military intelligence, he's experience the ugly side of the world we live in. Being a cancer survivor, he has a proven track record of being able to withstand some of the hardest challenges that life can throw at a person. Now he's dedicated his life to building up others and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves.

Owner/COO/Instructor

RJ has a heart for teaching, especially those who are timid or have experienced trauma in their lives. She has a way of reaching the unreachable and teaching the unteachable. Making warriors out of victims and preventing the next victim. A world class Instructor who has been sought after by thousands of clients. She lives by her motto, "Perfect practice makes perfect."

LOGAN Compton 
"GHOST"

Instructor/Assistant Manager

Logan is instrumental in the behind the scenes operation of Rezilyent. As Assistant Manager, he ensures the day-to-day tasks are completed so Rezilyent can continue to provide the safest, most relevant firearm training that we are known for. With a sense of humor that is unmatched, Logan has become our lead Instructor for children. He is also our survival aficinado that always encourages others to push their limits.

NATE Compton

Instructor/Support Specialist

Nate is the brute strength behind the Rezilyent Team. Usually the first to start and the last to quit, his work ethic ensures everything is set up and ready to go. Known for having a huge heart, this guy helps our clients with anything they need. As a shotgun enthusiast, Nate is our lead Shotgun Instructor and has a passion for hunting and archery.
