Welcome to Rezilyent, LLC (“Rezilyent,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions, including the Liability Waiver below (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, training programs, memberships, and events (the “Services”).

By accessing our website, purchasing products, registering for training, attending events, or participating in any Rezilyent activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or participate in training or events unless otherwise approved in writing by Rezilyent with a parent or legal guardian present.

 

2. Scope of Services

Rezilyent provides, but is not limited to:

• Custom molded hearing protection and accessories

• Training programs (defensive, safety, preparedness, and related instruction)

• Membership programs

• Live training events, workshops, and community events

• Digital content and educational materials

All Services are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without notice.

 

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Rezilyent reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion

 

4. Custom Products (Hearing Protection)

Because custom molded hearing protection products are made specifically for the individual customer:

• All custom products are final sale

• No refunds or returns are accepted except for verified manufacturing defects or errors caused by Rezilyent

Rezilyent may, at its discretion, offer fit adjustments or remakes depending on the situation.

 

5. Training, Events, and Physical Activity Liability Waiver

This section is critical. Please read carefully.

By participating in any Rezilyent training, event, range activity, demonstration, or physical exercise, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Assumption of Risk

You understand that training and events may involve physical exertion, defensive techniques, simulated scenarios, use of training tools, loud environments, and other activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, hearing damage, emotional stress, property damage, or death.

You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation.

 

Physical and Mental Fitness

You affirm that:

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating

• You have no medical or psychological condition that would make participation unsafe, or you have disclosed such conditions to Rezilyent prior to participation

 

6. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby:

• Release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Rezilyent, LLC, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in Rezilyent Services

• Agree that this release applies to claims based on negligence, ordinary negligence, or other acts or omissions by Rezilyent, except where prohibited by law

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Rezilyent from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your participation in training or events

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of Rezilyent equipment, facilities, or instruction

 

8. Safety Rules and Conduct

You agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by Rezilyent staff

• Act responsibly and safely at all times

• Immediately cease participation if instructed to do so

Rezilyent reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unethical, without refund.

 

9. Memberships

Membership benefits, pricing, and access are subject to change. Memberships are non transferable unless explicitly stated.

Rezilyent may suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with Rezilyent values or safety standards.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, training materials, videos, documents, and designs are the exclusive property of Rezilyent, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Rezilyent makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezilyent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Rezilyent’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

13. Termination of Access

Rezilyent reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to Services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or unsafe conduct.

 

14. Governing Law
