GOOD INTENTIONS DON'T PROTECT YOUR
CHURCH, TRAINED PEOPLE DO.
"Do you not already hear the warnings of God? Do you not see that the enemy is coming in like a flood? And God is trying to raise up a standard against it. And you and I are that standard."
- Dr. Henry Blackaby

How Team Training Progresses
We follow a structured process to build your Security Team correctly.
Every church begins with an assessment, followed by team structure, operational training, and ongoing readiness. Each phase builds on the last.
The process:
-
S1 – Assessment: Evaluate your facility, team, and current posture
-
S2 – Structure: Establish roles, communication, and coverage
-
S3 – Training: Develop performance through scenario and operational training
-
S4 – Readiness: Maintain and refine your team over time
Progression is based on performance and team cohesion, not time.
The Training Environment
Training is conducted in controlled environments designed to introduce stress, coordination challenges, and real-world complexity.
Scenarios are structured, safety-driven, and scaled to the team’s level.
Force on force training is incorporated where appropriate.
