The R.E.D. Security Team Program is designed for organizations and teams tasked with protecting people, facilities, and operations. Training focuses on coordinated response, communication, and disciplined decision making under stress.

This program moves beyond individual skill development to emphasize team roles, accountability, and real-world defensive problem solving.

How Team Training Progresses

Training is progressive and mission-driven. Teams begin with foundational coordination and communication before advancing into applied problem solving and scenario-based training. Progression is based on demonstrated competence and team cohesion, not time or ego. You can expect:

  • Baseline assessment

  • Applied coordination drills

  • Scenario-based problem solving

  • Advanced or specialized training

The Training Environment

Training is conducted in controlled environments designed to safely introduce stress, coordination challenges, and real-world complexity. Scenarios are structured, safety-driven, and scaled to the team’s experience level.

Force-on-force training may be incorporated where appropriate to reinforce judgment, accountability, and communication.
