CUSTOM MOLDED HEARING PROTECTION
REAL PROTECTION. REAL COMFORT. ZERO COMPROMISE. ALWAYS REZILYENT.
WHY CUSTOM MOLDED?
Rezilyent hearing protection delivers mission ready, custom molded solutions engineered for real world environments where awareness, communication, and long term hearing health matter.
COMFORT AND PROTECTION
With our custom ear plugs, there are no pressure points, no need for constant readjustment and a consistent seal. This means all day comfort and reliable attenuation when it matters most.

CLARITY WHEN IT COUNTS
The addition of acoustic filters allows sounds under 85dB to pass through while keeping you protected above those levels. Electronics take it a step further and enhance those lower sounds and amplify them in your ears. The result? Hearing speech and key sounds without the harsh noise.

HOW IT WORKS
The rezilyent Fitting Process

STEP 1: BOOK
You can schedule a fitting appointment directly through our website to visit us at our office, or meet us at select events in your area. We regularly provide on site fittings as vendors at Florida Gun Shows and shooting competitions.
STEP 2: GET FITTED
Depending on what product you choose, we either make an on-the-spot custom ear plug or take an impression of your ear to make a 3D model and move it on to manufacturing in our lab.

STEP 3: MANUFACTURE
Using the latest 3D scanning and printing technology, we manufacture your custom hearing protection in house and ship it to you. This is the longest step in the process, with a typical lead time of approximately four weeks.
STEP 4: PROTECT
Your custom molded earplugs are designed to lock into place with a simple backward rotation, creating a secure seal in seconds. Once seated, they remain comfortable all day while delivering exceptional hearing protection and clarity.

FAQ:
Normally, we can get you fitted in about 15 minutes. The process is quick and painless.
Yes. We have worked with major corporations and businesses over the years to provide on-site fittings for employees.
This depends. If it's an Insta-Mold ear plug, it takes about an hour from fitting to finish. If it's a lab product, it can take four to six weeks to get them back.
If you purchased a product that came from the lab yes you can. We keep a digital file of your ear impressions just for this purpose. If you lose a plug, no problem. If you want another set, we've got it ready to go.
Start by identifying the correct earplug for each ear. This is typically indicated by the lanyard anchors: red for the right ear and blue for the left ear. Some plugs may also be marked with R and L, or feature a small red dot on the right earplug.
Insertion takes a bit of practice at first. Begin with the earplug rotated slightly upside down and gently insert the canal portion into your ear. Use a smooth backward twisting motion to rotate the plug into place until it seats securely. When properly inserted, the top of the earplug should sit flush with your ear.
To remove the earplugs, simply reverse the process using the body of the plug. Do not use the lanyard anchors to twist or remove the earplugs, as this can weaken the anchor over time and may cause it to loosen with repeated use.
Just use a small amount of mild soap and water for the silicone portion of the plugs. If you have electronic earplugs, take care not to get that portion wet unless they are rated as water resistant or water proof.
A proper fit should feel secure and comfortable. If it does not, remove and reinsert until the seal is correct.
