Custom Hearing Protection Policy Insta-Mold Custom Ear Fittings involve the creation of personalized hearing protection products made specifically for each client. All Insta-Mold products are custom and begin processing immediately following the appointment. For this reason, all sales are considered final once ear molding has been completed. Each appointment includes professional ear impressions and custom finishing. Product type, colors, shell style, accessories, and delivery options are selected during the appointment and documented at the time of service. Due to the custom nature of these products: Refunds are not available once molding has begun Products are non-transferable Fit adjustments may be available if reported promptly and evaluated on a case-by-case basis Clients selecting the shipping option are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Rezilyent is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information. Ear impressions may be retained on file for future orders when applicable. Re-impression may be required based on time, anatomical changes, or product requirements. Payment is required at the time of booking unless arrangements are made in person at an approved event or appointment. By booking this service, the client acknowledges that custom hearing protection involves a personalized process and understands the policies outlined above.
