Custom Ear Sleeves

Cancellation Policy

Custom ear sleeves are designed to fit specific electronic hearing devices and are manufactured based on client-provided device information, ear impressions, and/or digital scans. Because these products are custom-made, accuracy of information is critical to proper fit and function. Clients are responsible for providing the correct device manufacturer and model at the time of booking. If a client’s device is not already on file with Rezilyent, temporary possession of the device may be required in order to scan, measure, or properly fit the custom sleeve. Clients will be notified if device drop-off or additional coordination is necessary. Custom ear sleeves are produced using 3D printing and are available in a limited selection of colors. Color appearance may vary slightly due to the printing process and material characteristics. This service includes the fitting and production of custom sleeves only. Electronic devices, hearing aids, or earbuds are not included unless separately purchased through Rezilyent. Due to the custom nature of this service: All sales are final once production has begun Custom sleeves are non-transferable Refunds are not available after impressions or scans are completed Fit concerns or adjustment requests must be reported promptly after receipt and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clients selecting shipping are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Rezilyent is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Payment is required at the time of booking unless arrangements are made in person at an approved event or appointment. By booking this service, the client acknowledges that custom ear sleeves involve a personalized manufacturing process and agrees to the terms outlined above.
