Cancellation Policy

Ear impressions are taken for the purpose of creating custom-fit hearing protection products. Once completed, impressions may be retained on file for future orders when applicable. Re-impression may be required based on time, anatomical changes, or product requirements. This service covers the impression process only and does not include the cost of finished products. Payment is required at the time of booking.
