Service Description
Team Assessment and Baseline Readiness Purpose: Establish structure, clarity, and control. Every security team thinks they are ready. Few actually are. S1 is a comprehensive evaluation of your church’s current security posture. We assess physical layout, team roles, communication systems, medical readiness, use of force understanding, and response protocols. What we do: - On site facility walk through and vulnerability mapping - Team capability evaluation - Communication and chain of command review - Legal and liability briefing (not legal advice) - Immediate corrective action recommendations Deliverable: You receive a written baseline readiness report and a prioritized improvement plan. Outcome: Your team leaves with defined roles, corrected blind spots, and a clear operational structure. Max Students: 10 This is where discipline begins.


Cancellation Policy
Track B services are designed exclusively for organized teams responsible for the safety of others, including churches, corporate organizations, and facilities. All Track B services are private group bookings only and require a designated team lead for coordination. Program Progression: S1 — Team Assessment & Baseline Readiness is the required entry point for Track B. Progression to S2 and S3 assumes completion of prior levels or equivalent experience reviewed by Rezilyent. Force-on-Force training (S3) is subject to additional safety review and participant screening. Advanced leadership-level offerings (S5) are developed and contracted separately. Conduct & Safety: All participants must adhere to Rezilyent safety protocols and professional conduct standards. Freelancing, unsafe firearm handling, ego-driven behavior, or disregard for instructor direction is prohibited. Instructor authority is final. Rezilyent reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety, with no refunds issued. Training Environment: All training locations must be disclosed in advance and are subject to safety assessment. Training may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time to maintain safety. Medical & Emergency Responsibility: Teams are responsible for identifying medical personnel (if applicable), disclosing relevant medical considerations, and ensuring access to emergency services. Rezilyent instructors carry basic medical support but do not replace local emergency response. Scheduling & Payments: Track B services require advance scheduling. Pricing is per team, not per individual. Approved add-ons must be selected in advance or quoted separately. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees at Rezilyent’s discretion. Annual Readiness Contracts (S4) follow their individual contract terms. Travel & Liability: Travel fees apply per Rezilyent’s published Travel & Mileage Policy and may be invoiced separately. Participation involves inherent risk. By booking, organizations acknowledge responsibility for participant readiness and acceptance of Rezilyent safety protocols. Booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.
