WHAT WE BELIEVE
The Bad News
We’ve all sinned. Every one of us has done things we regret, things we’re ashamed of, or things that fall short of God’s perfect standard.
The Bible says:
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.”
— Romans 3:23
And here’s the reality: we can’t fix this on our own. Doing more “good things” won’t erase the wrong we’ve done. The Bible is clear:
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
— Romans 6:23
“Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.”
— Ephesians 2:9
The Good News
God loves you more than you can imagine. Over 2,000 years ago, He sent His only Son, Jesus, to rescue us.
Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life, yet chose to die on the cross to pay for our sins. He took the punishment we deserved. His death built the bridge back to God.
“But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”
— Romans 5:8
Three days later, Jesus rose from the grave, proving He is the Son of God. His resurrection gives us hope, the promise of eternal life, and the assurance that sin and death don’t have the final word.
It Begins With Believing
It’s not enough just to know about Jesus—you must believe.
Believe that Jesus is the Son of God. Believe that He died and rose again for you. And believe that He can forgive your sins and give you new life.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
— John 3:16
The Bible promises:
“If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
— Romans 10:9–10
Jesus has already taken the first step. All that’s left is for you to take a step of faith toward Him.

I receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Thank You for saving me and making me new.
