Sales & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All sales with Rezilyent are FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on any products under any circumstances, with the sole exception of our 30-Day Fit Guarantee for custom-molded ear plugs (see below).

Custom Orders

• Definition: A Custom Order is any product made-to-order or not in stock at the time of purchase.

• Payment: Full payment is required before production begins.

• Cancellations: Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

• Lead Time: Estimated at 8–12 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays). Times may vary.

• Extended Delays: If a custom order exceeds 20 weeks from payment, the customer may cancel for a full refund.

Order Modifications

• Customers have 48 hours after confirming specifications to request changes.

• After 48 hours, orders automatically enter production and cannot be modified.

• Approved changes may incur additional charges.

Delivery & Storage

• Customers must accept delivery within 15 days of notification that items are ready to ship.

• After 15 days, storage fees will apply.

• If the customer is unreachable, refuses delivery, or fails to respond, Rezilyent reserves the right to cancel fulfillment, and the order is forfeited without refund.

30-Day Fit Guarantee

• Applies only to custom molded ear plugs.

• If plugs do not fit correctly, they may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a remold or remake at no additional cost.

• Refunds will not be issued for fit concerns.
