12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Classroom at Catapult – NO FIREARMS ALLOWED)
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Live Fire at Teneroc Shooting Range)
Join us for a powerful, hands-on training event built to help women grow more confident and capable in everyday self-defense. This two-part experience will cover both classroom instruction and live fire fundamentals.
