3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Live Fire at Teneroc Shooting Range)
Join us for a powerful, hands-on training event built to help women grow more confident and capable in everyday self-defense. This two-part experience will cover both classroom instruction and live fire fundamentals.

Access to our 2.5-hour classroom session at Catapult (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM). Learn about concealed carry methods, holsters, purse options, draw techniques, and situational awareness. Note: No firearms are permitted at Catapult.

Join us at Teneroc Shooting Range (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) for practical pistol work focused on draw-to-fire, grip, stance, and trigger control. Perfect for those looking to solidify their foundation. Additional $12 range fee paid directly to Teneroc.
