Static Drawing from the Holster

Training will cover Static Drawing From the Holster

This training we will be focusing on speed and accuracy while drawing from a holster. This will be static training only, no moving and shooting will be done at this meeting.

We will be at CFRPC LAR Bay 8

NOTE: Speed limit on CFRPC property is 15MPH

Required Items

• Pistol: suitable for holster work, recommend one that you would like to increase speed and accuracy.
• 2 magazines
• Holster: Strong side OWB hip holster, NO SERPA HOLSTERS (If you do not have a holster, we can set you up to work from a table)
• Ammo, at least 100 rounds factory loaded, no hand or reloads
• Mag pouch or pants that can hold an additional mag
• Hat
• Eye Protection (Must be worn at ALL Times when on the LAR
• Ear Protection

Optional Items

• Water, please hydrate prior to the event
• Sunscreen
• Chair
• Speed loader if needed
